I attended Diane’s Reformer Pilates class on a recommendation, feeling quite hesitant as I’m really not fit at all. I’d heard from others how much Pilates had helped them — especially with core strength and overall fitness, particularly in your mid-forties — so I decided to give it a try. Diane is an amazing instructor: incredibly knowledgeable, supportive, and genuinely attentive to everyone in the class. She makes you feel comfortable and confident, no matter your level. The studio itself has such a cosy, welcoming feel — it’s just perfect. I really enjoy every class as she makes them fun, engaging, and never boring. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking to improve their fitness and strength in a positive, encouraging environment. Thank you !
