I’ve been attending Soba Pilates in Kings Langley for around six months now, and I can honestly say it’s one of the best decisions I’ve made for my health and wellbeing. When I first joined, I was quite nervous — I’d never done anything like this before, and at over 55 ish with an ongoing ankle injury, I really wasn’t sure how I would manage. From the very first class, all of the instructors made me feel completely welcome and supported. They take the time to explain everything clearly and offer gentle guidance or adjustments when needed. What I love most is that each teacher brings something different — their own personality, focus, and energy — so every class feels fresh and interesting. I enjoy mixing it up and learning from them all. Over the past six months, I’ve noticed an incredible difference in myself, both physically and mentally. My ankle has become so much stronger, and I feel more flexible and confident than I have in years. I can’t recommend it highly enough to anyone who might be thinking about giving Reformer Pilates a try, especially if you’re nervous or unsure like I was. The team at Soba have helped me feel stronger, more capable. All I have to say is give it a go !!
