I've attended Laura's classes over the past 5 years, and can happily recommend her with 5 stars. Her antenatal classes gave me confidence during my labour and postnatal were perfect to get back to fitness. The reformer classes are challenging but have improved my strength and flexibility, and shes great at giving both simpler and challenging options to push different class members. Thanks Laura!
Had my first 1:1 reformer class today. Never tried before and I was nervous about whether it could help my shoulder and hip issues, or exacerbate them! It was a great experience and definitely worth trying. I’ll have a couple more individual classes and then join a group class when I know what I’m doing! I feel much more mobile after just one session and Laura explains everything so well. Thank you - it didn’t feel like exercise at all yet I am reaping the benefits post workout! 100% recommend Laura.
