I honestly can’t recommend Julia Louise Pilates enough, I have been attending for a while now and noticed such a difference in my strength and flexibility! My whole body has become more toned and I have been able to build my general fitness. I feel much more confident when I’m training in the gym that I will not get injured due to these Pilates classes. Julia is incredibly knowledgable, patient and very easy to chat to. Each week incorporates something new whilst ensuring it suits my abilities. I would whole heartedly recommend Julia as a Pilates Instructor and the classes are the best I have gone to in the area!
