Claire’s Pilates classes are perfect for me, really effective but also enjoyable. Claire is a brilliant instructor, very clear and patient, explaining each movement and it’s benefits and helps everyone progress at their own pace. I love that you find yourself working far harder than you would without a class. As soon as I started I thought Claire made the atmosphere very welcoming, and I can honestly say that not only has my fitness and flexibility improved massively, but also my mental wellbeing. If anyone is thinking about joining one of Claire’s classes, I would absolutely recommend it 100%
