I was so excited to attend Calm and Core when I stumbled across their instagram page. The studio is lovely and Lesley is very welcoming. She explained everything we needed to know on the first visit and was on hand for any issues or questions we had. I have really enjoyed getting back into reformer Pilates and the one demand option is great!

The studio impresses with its cleanliness and modern equipment, making every visit a true pleasure. The trainer is incredible – her knowledge and dedication motivate you to keep working on yourself. After just the first class, I felt relaxed and full of energy. The ambiance in the studio is wonderful, which makes me eager to return for more sessions. After the workouts, I feel like a new person – full of strength and harmony. I highly recommend Calm & Core Reformer Pilates Studio to anyone looking to improve their fitness and find balance in their life!
Reformer Pilates at Calm & Core is amazing. I love that you can choose your own workout and zone out on your own. There’s hundreds of programmes to choose from so if you want to work on strength, stretching or athletic performance it’s all there. I also like to end with a 10 minute meditation. The environment is calm and relaxing, Lesley and all the staff are so friendly and welcoming. I haven’t tried the instructor led class yet but that would be a good option for those needing more guidance. Definitely give it a go!
