I started pilates with Club Reformer after Jaye gave such comforting advice and reassured me that although pregnant, I can and should start - and it's the best exercise! I've been attending twice weekly sessions for a few months along with swimming and gym, and pilates gives you a burn like nothing else - but far more relaxing than anything I've done. If you're a newbie please give it a try! Such lovely people in a gorgeous calm studio.
