I came to the studio with joint replacements and a lot of concern about how I would manage Reformer Pilates. From day one, Jane — my instructor — has been nothing short of exceptional. Under her careful, knowledgeable eye, I’ve been able to strengthen the muscles around my joints, improve my posture and walking, significantly reduce my pain, and even delay knee surgery thanks to the progress I’ve made in her classes. Jane is a true professional with a fantastic nature. Her passion for Reformer Pilates shines through in every session, and her depth of knowledge is unmatched. Each class is different, engaging, and perfectly adapted to my needs. Jane always offers modifications, gently moves me into the correct position, and encourages me every step of the way. I love the class at YourCore, both group classes and the semi private sessions too. Each instructor has a different style and is great at giving options to suit my body movement. It's a physical and mental reset!
