CorAline Pilates Studio

I've been taking classes at CorAline for a while now and I couldn't be happier with the experience. The studio itself is fantastic. Well-equipped with all the Pilates apparatus and has such a relaxing, calm vibe that makes every session feel like a treat. Caroline is an amazing instructor. She's professional, incredibly knowledgeable, and has a real talent for making each class both dynamic and fun. You can tell she truly loves what she does. Highly recommend CorAline to anyone looking for quality Pilates instruction in a wonderful environment. Five stars! Donna

I have been attending CorAline Pilates for the last 6 weeks and have absolutley loved each class. Caroline is an amazing facilitator and I really appreciate the depth she goes into when explaining each exercise and what is actually happening in the body, which muscles are working etc. I have never experienced this level of detail in any other pilates studio and it has really helped me in understanding and listening to my body and what it needs. I am delighted with the results so far and am excited to continue my pilates journey with Caroline in her beautiful new space. I can't recommend CorAline Pilates enough. If you have never tried pilates before this is the perfect studio to start.
