I started doing Angela’s classes when I was only a few months pregnant and have continued with the post natal classes. Angela is one of the best Pilates instructors that you’ll find! As a physio and Pilates instructor myself I know Angela works at a very high standard. An hour of an intentional Pilates focussed workout focusing on stability, strength, balance & lower abdominal work (the list goes on) has been absolutely amazing and I have benefitted so much both during and after pregnancy and also made a few mum friends along the way. Being able to bring the baby to the session is also great!
