I started Beginners Pilates with Lindsay in January 2025 (I had never done pilates before!) She is very welcoming and friendly and made me feel at ease straight away. The weekly classes have really made a difference. Although there is a routine to follow, Lindsay ensures you are comfortable and going at the right pace for you, without causing inconvenience to others who might be more experienced. I noticed a considerable difference even after week 2 and over time my posture has improved and core is feeling stronger. Great value for money, hosted by a lovely instructor!
