I started with Jodi in January 2025 doing 2 sessions a week and I can honestly say it has changed my life! I’m not only feeling fitter and healthier, my anxiety and mental health has reduced massively. Jodi is an excellent teacher, very patient with newbies like me and shows all levels with such ease and makes it simple to follow and get the most out of the session. I now do 2 live sessions a week and the unlimited online sessions per week which work perfectly with my busy work schedule. Absolutely highly recommend the beautiful Jodi if you’re looking to do Pilates!! 😍
Enjoyed my first taster session at “Pilates by Jodi!” I was quite startled when I got there as I had misread as PLATES by Jodi. I had brought 38 plates from my collection to show Jodi but she really was not interested, which is fair enough to be honest. I did the Pilates and now I feel like I have another me inside of me that is trying to escape through every muscle I have. I’m either doing it right or I have been possessed by an annoying demon.
