Yoga trapeze, bootcamp was absolutely amazing. Went to gyms all my life and i never got the results i got with with these both classes. Cant wait to start back up again. Instructors are such lovely women you learn so much from them and make you feel so welcome. Other members of both classes is lovely too and everyone is so nice. Kelly Bannon
Joined these fabulous ladies in the Bootcamp and Pilates. I have seen a huge difference in my strength stamina and flexibility. The wealth of expertise and knowledge that Dominika and Elaina have is second to none. Best decision yet was joining the classes.
