I am so pleased I gave Rachel’s one to one session a go. I have been very reluctant to go to Pilates groups and exercise as I have not exercised for many years due to I’ll health, so Rachel’s one to one sessions have been perfect for me. She was able to modify exercises to meet my abilities and needs and I was surprised by how much I could actually do with the right guidance. Rachel is amazing, so knowledgeable and actually made it great fun too. Would highly recommend and wished I’d done it sooner
