Love it here! First time trying reformer Pilates in May and have been addicted since. Quickly upped my number of classes per week, just wish I could do more! The instructors are amazing and there is always such a lovely atmosphere. The classes are intimate so you get a lot of personal care from the instructor. The venue is beautifully designed as well. Best decision to give reformer Pilates a go at Flo. It’s actually an exercise class I look forward to for once!
I have been a member of Flo for a few months now. I had never done anything like this before joining, and now I am addicted! It’s a gorgeous little community, the studio is beautiful and Charlotte and the team are so lovely and welcoming. My favourite days of the week are the days I get to come to class and it’s made me fall in love with moving my body and being the best version of myself again!
Never thought I will try Pilate in my whole life 🤣🤣. But I must admit pilate is definitely help with my back disc herniation, after first lesson, I had about 1-2 hour pain-free time, So nice!! Also want to give a big thanks to Charlotte, so nice and professional. So if anyone also suffer from similar problem, maybe give pilate a go.
