Nisha is absolutely amazing. I started Pilates with her after struggling with sciatica for years, and thanks to her, I no longer suffer with it. She really focuses on slow, steady movement and proper stretching rather than the kind of frantic pace that just spikes your cortisol. Her classes are thoughtful, restorative and genuinely effective. I always leave feeling stronger, calmer, and far more balanced. Couldn’t recommend her enough!
