I wanted to say that I have been going to Pilates with Chrissie for a dew years now, and I just love it. Chrissie is such a fantastic coach. She does different exercises in various levels. She adapts exercises to suit everyone e g. If you gave leg, backpack etc. She is so friendly and explains about various muscles, bones etc. I am going twice a week now so if doubt about joining pilates with Chrissie, don't hesitate.
