I’ve been attending Sarah’s Pilates Class in Macclesfield for several years now, and I can’t recommend it enough. The class is small, which means you get plenty of individual attention and support. Sarah is a fantastic teacher — knowledgeable, patient, and really encouraging. She is always watching how you are doing the exercise and offers adjustments, even a tiny adjustment of the hips and shoulders makes a big difference to the benefit you get from the exercise. All exercises are tailored to suit different abilities, so you feel both challenged and supported at the same time. Over the years I’ve noticed a real improvement in my strength, flexibility, and overall wellbeing. It’s also such a friendly and welcoming environment, which makes it something I genuinely look forward to every week. If you’re considering Pilates, this is a brilliant class to join.
