Robyn is an excellent and very knowledgeable Pilates instructor, who is very passionate about what she does and is very proactive at helping class members reach their goals. Classes are always different each week and Robyn is very effective at explaining and helping us understand which muscles and parts of the body are impacted by certain moves. Robyn is very attentive towards all class members, ensuring they are able to carry out the moves and adapting when/where necessary and accordingly to ability. I personally have found that my core has become stronger and my joints are much less stiff, which in turn has lead to increased flexibility all round. I have increased muscle tone and strength. Robyn’s classes have definitely improved strength in one arm where I have lymphodema. With Robyn’s guidance, classes have helped towards increasing my confidence whilst reducing swelling in my arm through exercising correctly leading to improved lymph fluid circulation through deep breathing and all in a safe manner. Great classes with an excellent instructor, whose aim is to always do her best each week to support her clients enabling them to get the best from their Pilates practice.
