Jasyn is a fantastic Pilates coach. The classes are great fun, progressive and challenging. There are always various levels within a move which Jasyn explains and demonstrates. So depending on your where you are in your Pilates journey you can stay at the easier level or move to the more advanced. Jasyn always invests in each student to makes sure you are doing the movement correctly. Great class and great vibe!!
I attend Jason’s Pilates class, and it’s one of the highlights of my week. He’s a brilliant instructor, and really pays each attention to individual needs, with really helpful guidance. After several months I have noticed improvements in my sleep, and in my body core strength and balance. I would highly recommend 🫶
