Marie is a fantastic and an extremely knowledgeable teacher. I have been working with Marie for nearly 2 years, focusing on stability, control and some flexibility. This has both benefited my routine and training programme working towards an Olympics with Team GB Hockey. The facility is spacious and functional in Wimbledon. We have maintained an enjoyable and similar online programme with Covid-19 restrictions in place.
I started 1 to 1 Pilates with Marie earlier this year, on the advice of my Chiropractor, for a persistent lower back issue. In this time I have seen a huge improvement not only in my lower back, also in my posture, core strength and movement. I can say with all honesty, that Marie is an amazing teacher, she is highly professional and very patient, taking time to explain the mechanics and connections of the body, emailing homework so I can continue the exercises at home which have helped me to improve. Marie's knowledge, dedication and passion for Pilates is second to none, I highly recommend her!
Wimbledon Village Pilates is a perfect coupling of unbeatable knowledge and top quality equipment. Marie is a fantastic instructor and has created the ideal environment to work out in. Due to her huge knowledge of Pilates Marie was able to identify the specific issues I was having and build a practice that targeted my individual needs. Since working with Marie I have been able to continue, and excel at, competing in sports such as cycling and football. I couldn’t recommend Marie more highly!
