Such a gorgeous Pilates studio!! The instructors are so friendly and provide the most amazing classes. I love that you can reserve which reformer machine you are going to use for the class. I also really like the flexibility when booking packages in terms of the expiry dates and usage. It works really well!
Studio Glide is a beautiful studio, has easy parking nearby and amazing instructors. Having never really enjoyed exercise and not focussing on it at all for the last 4/5 years since having kids, I’ve finally found something I enjoy! I now have the 8 class monthly membership and try to go twice a week. The machines are great to use, everything is explained really well, everyone is so friendly and I love being able to book on the app. Highly recommend!
Love this place! The classes are amazing! I have now done classes with 4 of the instructors here all with their own styles but similarities across them all. Very comprehensive explanation and they’re all so keen to help with adjustments to form, options to make the exercise easier or harder or just a bit of encouragement. The Pilates burn is so real! I’ve never done reformer before coming to studio glide and as someone who has done Pilates and danced as a child it’s a perfect mixture of trying something new but using movements I know. I started on the two week trial and now I'm hooked! It’s also such a good value in the area for such high quality classes.
