Rosa is an incredibly knowledgeable instructor who quickly puts you at ease if you are new to her classes. She’s makes the classes dynamic and fun and I leave the lessons feeling amazing!! Always flexible, she’ll do her best to accommodate her clients. I truly appreciate her slotting me in when I was 35 weeks pregnant and worked with me till my due date. Can’t wait to get back to her classes.
I have been to many pilates classes over the past 5 yrs, Rosa's classes are the best! as a Chiropractor I know how easy it is to cause injury due to incorrect technique. Rosa's knowledge is exceptional, she is very experienced and I feel very comfortable recommending her to all patients.
Rosa combines the.expertise she has as a professional in the NHS with an easy charm that makes the best sort of teacher. I was embarrassed to join her Pilates classes at first because I thought of them as mainly for women, and probably not very effective. But Rosa put me at ease and I have progressed from being very stiff and un-agile to having quite a flexible body if that's possible for someone who is practically an old age pensioner. These days I cannot imagine not doing Pilates at least once a week and, preferably. every day. (I think we should all start the day with a bit of Pilates.) I have a slight movement disorder and I credit Rosa with helping me to overcome the stiffness which is a characteristic of this particular illness.
