I started Pilates with Han in July 2019 as I wanted to strengthen my back muscles and improve my posture. Ever since, I have become more comfortable with the exercises and have started using muscles I didn’t think I had. Han is a brilliant instructor that takes the time to get to know her clients, so that she can adapt her exercises to suit everyone’s needs. Not only are her sessions varied and good fun, but they also have the right amount of stretch and challenge week after week. This is because Han is very experienced, approachable and always listens to her clients’ feedback. I would definitely recommend Han to everyone who wants to improve strength and fitness, or whoever has prior issues such as stiffness, back or joint pain. Not to mention, your mind will also benefit from her classes as I always feel nice and relaxed afterwards.
