I recently did a beginners class with Sophia at the Island in Canary Wharf and had such an excellent experience. I have done multiple beginner classes elsewhere and this was the first that I felt appropriately challenged whilst enjoying myself. Thank you, I will definitely be returning…. Could not recommend enough)!

The instructors, including Ilana, Rachel, Christiana and Brighid, are outstanding—each bringing their own expertise, energy, and care to every session. Their professionalism and personal attention make every class both challenging and rewarding. Sol, the owner, is absolutely phenomenal; her passion, warmth, and dedication to her clients and the studio create a sense of community that’s rare to find. And now with the opening of the new Canary Wharf location, which is just as stunning and thoughtfully designed, even more people can experience what makes this studio so special!
