My favourite place to start or end a day! Sharon’s Wednesday night yoga is the highlight of my week. She gives a phenomenal class that never fails to reset and re-centre my body and mind - as well as a great workout! You truly feel like you leave all the noise of life at the door. Sharon is a welcoming and kind instructor, making the class accessible to all levels and personalities. The Reformer Pilates is also incredible. All the instructors are so proficient and make each class and challenging or relaxing as you need it to be by providing levels of intensity for each person. I always come out of class feeling energised and refreshed. I couldn’t recommend Movement Collective more!
