I can’t say enough about how attending classes at Simply Pilates has changed my life! After I was gifted an introductory package by my daughter I decided to sign up for twice weekly private sessions. Just after starting I put my back out (at home) which almost made me stop. However my teacher Jayne encouraged me to continue and tailored the class to accommodate my back pain. I have had an amazing recovery and am feeling so much better. It’s a really good workout but more importantly it is totally safe. As a 67 year old with bad posture I feel that I am making progress, getting stronger and feel both mentally and physically better than I have been in years! The class is never boring as we move from one set of exercises or equipment to the next quite rapidly and every part of the body gets worked on. Simply Pilates is a small studio, in a cute neighbourhood where you can stop for coffee after your workout. It’s light and clean and airy and a welcoming place to work on your fitness goals. I’m hooked!!
