I have been regular attender at Penny's Body Control Pilates for several years now & have benefitted immensely from her knowledge ,insight & engaging teaching approach. Her classes have been particularly valuable in helping me to improve my riding as i have gained a deeper understanding about how to achieve good balance, postural awareness , build strength & engage the appropriate muscle group ..this is to name but a few of the benefits... there are so many more!
