My experience of Ana's teaching has been excellent. I came as a complete novice with a longstanding back problem and have I have found Ana to be extremely knowledgeable and skilled at teaching me, despite my physical restrictions. She has helped me understand how to help myself, and she has made Pilates fun and interesting. I would thoroughly recommend her to anyone considering 1-2-1 Pilates lessons.
Ana is one of the best instructors I’ve ever had! She is always very attentive, positive, supportive! Her classes will definitely make you feel better and stronger! Would definitely recommend ❤️
