I've attended various Yoga classes here over the past couple years, including Mandala, Rise & Energise and Slow Flow. Some are more challenging... some are more relaxing... but I've left them all feeling great. The instructors are warm and welcoming, and the studio is beautiful. My only complaint is that there has never been any cake (despite the name!), but I would keep going back for the Yoga!
Lovely vibey space. Super clean floors and equipment which I find is sometimes an issue with other yoga clubs in the area. Teacher was lovely. Class was brilliant. 💯
