Highly recommend the Pilates place. Inge is great and very easy to schedule with. I have done classes with her and Astrid and really loved both. I have done Pilates classes at the big studios in London with 15+ reformers in one room, but my family/friends suggested smaller classes if you want to actually feel the benefits. I did 1 intro solo session and then continued with group classes the past months and love it. As a new mum it has helped me build back core and body strength with alignment as well. The teachers are very well verses in Pilates and will adjust any activities to ensure you get the best benefit. Highly recommend.
