I have been going to VitalFit for over a year now. The staff are fantastic- they are professional, friendly and helpful while constantly pushing you to do your best. As soon as you enter, whichever team member is behind the desk is positive and welcoming. I feel stronger and my posture has improved after my weekly reformer sessions- Moon, Julia and Elleinah are all very motivating and they are skilled pilates instructors. The roller machine is a great post workout tool and is very relaxing. I have also tried the Sound Mediation with Suny which is a great experience. The entire facility is clean, well maintained and very welcoming. The team have great offers which allow you to try different services. Highly recommend VitalFit and their wonderful team.
