I bought a small package when I was in town visiting friends and loved every class and instructor. I’ve had a lot of reformer experience and did dynamic, tower and strength classes at Avalon. They were definitely challenging but all the instructors were very kind and encouraging. The studio is also very clean.
Fantastic studio - beautiful facilities and amazing instructors. I did the Mums & Bubs classes here for a few months and was always so impressed - the instructors are great and really built my confidence on the reformer and in barre workouts. They are very supportive from helping improve technique or encouraging you to push bit further to even entertaining my baby when he needed it! Having done a few exercise classes with my baby this is one where I was actually able to get a full workout done and felt stronger week on week. Thoroughly recommend to any new mums!
Incredible! Amazing range of classes, both on the reformer machine and in the mat classes - the burn is very real! Lots and lots of classes all day too, starting early and finishing late. Awesome instructors (Annie and Holly in particular are fabulous), gorgeous clean space, showers, lockers, and everyone is very friendly. They are also extremely responsive if I ever have to reach out about anything. Overall a way better option to the other new reformer studio that opened in Earlsfield around the same time, and much better value for money.
