The studio has a beautiful and warm interior, creating a very comfortable and welcoming environment. The class flow is well organised, and the pacing feels just right throughout the session. One small suggestion would be to add a changing area and lockers in the future, and to pay a bit more attention to floor cleanliness — a robot vacuum might be helpful. Overall, a very pleasant Pilates experience.
A definite 5 stars from me , I could not recommend rfrm studios more ! My first ever class and doing it with the lovely Katrina who is amazing at what she does ! Was made feel so comfortable , her way of teaching suits beginner all the way to advanced , her studio makes you feel so relaxed ensuring you enjoy your class and benefit from it , will definitely be attending a lot of frequently and have already passed it onto friends !
Gorgeous new studio in a great location in London. Booked a class with a few friends while visiting London, and will definitely be back on our next visit! The instructor was fantastic and had all of us with varying experience levels feeling comfortable, while also making the class super fun and challenging at the same time. Muscles I didn’t know existed were shaking afterwards 😂❤️ thanks so much!
