I’ve been doing Pilates at Pilates 4 London since December 2025 and I’m very happy with my experience. Before coming here, I didn’t realize what real Pilates was. The level of professionalism and teaching is excellent. All the teachers are very competent, supportive, and professional. Every class is well guided and effective, and I always feel comfortable and well looked after. I highly recommend Pilates 4 London to anyone looking for high-quality, professional Pilates.

Have been attending Pilates here for some 12 weeks and couldn't recomend more. I am particularly finding that the class size works really well and the team are brilliant at picking up on your own capabilities so that each exercise can be individually tailored to suit you. It almost feels like a personalised session and the team are so welcoming and supportive. Its Brilliant!!!!!

I love my private lessons with Rima! She is professional, sweet and so qualified I do 3 times a week for few months now and it is a life changing
