LifeBody Classical Pilates Studio

I attended the Pre / Post Natal workshop online and found it incredibly informative and confidence-building. Nathalie’s cueing was practical, relatable, and clearly drawn from her teaching experience and her own pre/postnatal journey. I especially enjoyed the moments where concepts were demonstrated by teaching a pregnant body and seeing it in practice made a huge difference. Highly recommend this workshop to anyone wanting to feel more confident working with pre- and postnatal clients.

I love this studio, so bright and spacious and Nathalie's class was wonderful. She is such an experienced teacher and I felt in very safe hands on the apparatus. Really recommend.

I have always struggled to maintain regular exercise in my routine but my Pilates classes at LifeBody have become my favourite part of the week and I absolutely love going. The studio space is so beautiful and calm and all the instructors are incredibly knowledgable. The classes are small and intimate so that you can get 1:1 attention and tweaking but with the fun energy of group exercise. They go at a really lovely pace and you’re never made to feel silly if you’re not quite sure what you’re doing with the movements or equipment. It is the best studio in London and I genuinely wouldn’t go anywhere else.
