Hi I've been coming to Sam's on-line Wednesday classes ever since they began (and was attending in person before that). He's a great teacher in my experience. the pace is gentle but the activities actually require quite a lot of effort. I find the balance works very well. I can manage to finish a full session (which is great because i have a serious lung condition), finish feeling quite tired, but pleasantly so. And it's so useful to be able to do it from home- no travel, no driving through the busy school rush hour. The only thing i miss is feedback on whether I'm in the best position when undertaking moves- but that's inevitable and you can't have everything. I'd really recommend it.
