Louise is an absolute treasure. I feel so lucky to have found her. Her physio background makes me feel so safe and secure; she has not only improved my overall well being but my confidence to move! Her studio at home is a joy to visit and I always come away feeling taller and lighter. Anyone who has louise as their teacher is very lucky!
Having tried several Pilates instructors over the last few years I can confidently say that no other has made me feel as comfortable and looked after as Louise. I have felt real improvement in my balance, posture and flexibility after her classes.
I have attended pilates with Louise since 2021. Louise is friendly, encouraging and a joy to be around! She really cares about her clients and ensures her classes and reformer sessions are inclusive to all and pitched at the right level. As a nurse with a long standing back problem, Louise has transformed my mobility beyond belief and this has also aided my other sports that I enjoy (running, seimming). I cannot recommend Louise highly enough and my 1:1 session with her is one of the highlights of my week.
