I have been attending Alison's bone health class for more than a year now and really feel I have gained from it in terms of improved balance, strengthening muscles and more awareness of safe ways of picking things up from the floor. I like the way Alison explains which muscles we are using and the reasons and she checks to make sure we are doing postures correctly. A really great class for someone of my age with osteoporosis but helpful also for anyone who wants to make sure they have good bone health for the future. A bonus is that my classmates are really friendly.
