I honestly can’t recommend Isla’s Pilates sessions enough! I’ve had 1-1 sessions as well as attended one of the classes, and both were amazing. The 1-1’s are so personalised and really focus on your individual goals, while the classes are motivating and really well structured. You can tell how knowledgeable and passionate Isla is, and she makes everyone feel so comfortable no matter their level. I always leave feeling stronger, more confident and so glad I went. Highly recommend!

I’ve been to multiple of Isla’s classes now & every one is so much fun! She’s a great teacher and talks you through every step making you feel comfortable and at ease, I will definitely be returning 💞💞 x
