The most beautiful studio with great reformers. The instructors are all excellent so much so it's hard to pick a favourite ! Each class is intimate so you don't get lost in a big group class and they work within your ability . I've loved every single class and I can already notice my posture improving . Really wish I could gate keep the studio but equally want to share the love . Great job Rise & Reforn Rugby
Rise and Reform Rugby is truly excellent. All of the instructors are welcoming and are brilliant at explaining things and run challenging but achievable classes. If you haven’t done reformer before, you are in very good hands as it’s a friendly environment and the instructors will take time to show you the ropes before the class starts. I’d thoroughly recommend it.
