Jo is an absolutely fantastic Pilates teacher both in group classes and 1 to 1. She has really helped me build strength, flexibility and fitness. I wouldn’t be where I am today without her. She has worked with me for 5 years now and helped me through pregnancy, regaining strength afterwards and most recently through a back injury. Now onwards and upwards towards the Great North Run. Jo takes great care in listening and targeting the exercises towards the goals you are aiming for.
