THE PILATES MOVEMENT - Godalming

I was lucky enough to stumble across this gem of a Pilates studio 3 years ago, whilst visiting my mum from California. On each of my subsequent visits back I have attended numerous classes, and I can honestly say that I’ve enjoyed every one of them. The studio is very well equipped and super clean, but what really makes it a standout are the very knowledgeable and professional trainers. They are all so friendly and welcoming. A huge thank you for helping me maintain my fitness and sanity whilst away from home. I look forward to seeing you again in the New Year.

I absolutely love this reformer Pilates studio! Laura is an amazing teacher—really knowledgeable, encouraging, and great at tailoring each class. The studio has such a welcoming atmosphere, and the other instructors and the owner are fantastic too. I always leave feeling stronger and happier. Highly recommend!

I highly recommend TPM Godalming! It's a brilliant studio which offers foundation, control and burn classes, so you can build your strength and confidence depending on wherever you'd like to start. Having never done reformer before and as a complete beginner, I found that the instructors are all so incredibly lovely and extremely helpful throughout the classes. Pilates is a great way to take care of your body and mind - I couldn't recommend TPM more!
