I first visited Kate for a duet class with my Husband. It’s something I’ve wanted to try for a long time and I enjoyed it enough that I now regularly attend group classes. I like the fact the classes are small and Kate has made adjustments for any ailments I, or anyone else in the class, have e.g. shoulder impingement. I think the most important thing with Pilates, and particularly reformer is you have someone checking your position and form and Kate is very attentive in this way. The classes are very mixed in terms of age, body shape, ability and fitness level and that’s something that was important to me. It feels really inclusive.
