I was advised to attend Karen's class to help with recovery after back surgery. Her targeted approach, based on her knowledge as a physiotherapist, has not only strengthened my back but has made my whole body stronger and more flexible and I am now free from pain. The classes are purposeful yet light-hearted and I am always amazed when the hour is up. I definitely recommend Karen's classes to anybody who wishes to improve their core strength and flexibility whether after surgery or not. It's fun, focussed and very effective..
