VWell is a modern, serene, bespoke studio that offers a large variety of classes to soothe your body and mind. The instructors are professional, friendly and welcoming. This little gem offers everything from Springwall, Pilates, Yoga, Soundbaths and Nervous System Reset classes. You can attend as and when you like and pay per class. I can highly recommend it.
Lovely relaxing experience. Alyssa (I hope I remembered her name right) was so friendly and had a very soothing, perfect for yoga, voice! I felt I really needed a good stretch and reset after a hectic Christmas, but initially I wasn't sure where to go as I was visiting family. Very glad I found VWell. Will definitely be back when I next visit (it's a bit of a long drive from Hampshire 😄) Thankyou for being just what I needed 😊
