I have been doing Pilates classes with Jane for several years now and would highly recommend! Jane is a fantastic teacher and tailors the moves during the class if you have any injuries or back/shoulder pain etc . The classes are kept small so Jane is able to ensure everyone is doing the moves correctly to get the most out of each exercise. Over the years I have seen my flexibility, balance and strength improve massively. The classes online have also been amazing, still tailored for the individual and each class focuses on full body flexibility and strength.
