As a comparative newcomer to Pilates (8 years plus) and having experienced a number of teachers - not all at Eden Blue - Celine is one of the best. She's welcoming, thoughtful and, importantly, rings the changes. The group I attend is mixed and very friendly and the session is always something to look forward to.
Celine is an inspiring teacher whose infectious enthusiasm encourages everyone to work to the best of our ability. Her instructions are both easy to understand and hear. I always feel I have had a good work out after one of Celine’s classes, which she is always varying. I thoroughly recommend Celine to anyone.
A small gathering (10 - 12 students) each class but a HUGE amount of enthusiasm, experience, humour and enjoyment thanks to our teacher, Celine. A variety of styles including Barre Pilates, mainstream Pilates, Yoga, weights and flexibands means that the classes are always interesting.
