Maxine is a wonderful teacher and makes classes feel fun and welcoming. When I first started, I had given up all other forms of exercise due to health conditions. Now I am stronger and fitter and back to doing other sports I love alongside Pilates. Maxine is fantastic at making sure exercises can be adapted to your needs and any injuries and ensuring you are achieving proper form so you get the most out of it. So glad and thankful I started these classes and would 110% recommend.
