It’s actually over 2 years since I was at Olivia’s antenatal Pilates classes. I always meant to do a review at the time because they classes were great. Down the line I realise how important they were then I hear about other people’s experiences after childbirth. Olivia taught us so much about pelvic floor and how important it was to do our exercises. I’ve had no issues and I honestly think it was by doing the classes right up to the week our son was born. I was sent for NHS pelvis physio 6 weeks after birth for assessment and when I told the physio there about Olivia’s classes she commented that she’d had a quite afew mammys who seemed to have no issues and had all been to Olivia’s antenatal classes.
